RQTH (Reconnaissance de la Qualit\u00e9 de Travailleur Handicap\u00e9) :\u00a0<\/strong><br>\u00a0\u00a0 Statut administratif fran\u00e7ais permettant d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des mesures sp\u00e9cifiques (formations, am\u00e9nagements de poste, aides financi\u00e8res). Environ 2,8 millions de personnes en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient (2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Obligation l\u00e9gale d&#8217;emploi (OETH)<\/strong> :\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0 Les entreprises de 20 salari\u00e9s ou plus doivent employer 6 % de travailleurs handicap\u00e9s. En 2022, seulement **59 % des entreprises** remplissaient ce quota. Les autres versent une contribution \u00e0 l&rsquo;Agefiph (Fonds pour l&rsquo;insertion professionnelle).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Acteurs cl\u00e9s :<\/strong>\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0Agefiph\u00a0\u00bb : Finance des formations, des subventions aux employeurs, et des aides \u00e0 l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9.\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0Cap Emploi\u00a0\u00bb : R\u00e9seau d&rsquo;accompagnement vers l&#8217;emploi.\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0\u00c9tablissements et Services d&rsquo;Aide par le Travail (ESAT)\u00a0\u00bb : Structures prot\u00e9g\u00e9es employant 120 000 personnes (2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Taux d&#8217;emploi :\u00a0<\/strong><br>\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; \u00ab\u00a035 %\u00a0\u00bb des personnes handicap\u00e9es en emploi (vs 65 % pour la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale).\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0Ch\u00f4mage\u00a0\u00bb : 14 % (2 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que la moyenne nationale).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Europe : Strat\u00e9gies et Disparit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>1. Strat\u00e9gie europ\u00e9enne 2021-2030 <\/strong>:\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0 Objectifs d&rsquo;inclusion, d&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 et de participation active. Priorit\u00e9s : emploi, \u00e9ducation, lutte contre les discriminations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Disparit\u00e9s entre pays :<\/strong>\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0Allemagne\u00a0\u00bb : Quota de 5 % dans les entreprises de 20+ salari\u00e9s.\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0Italie\u00a0\u00bb : Pas de quota, mais obligations d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement raisonnable.\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0Pays nordiques\u00a0\u00bb : Approche inclusive via politiques sociales fortes (ex. Su\u00e8de : 65 % d&#8217;emploi chez les handicap\u00e9s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.
